Meira was a very special little girl that came to OPH at the beginning of summer. She is special because she is not only blind, but deaf as well. Her amazing foster momma didnt think twice and welcomed her into her home. She showed her the ropes and worked with her to gain confidence walking around and interacting with the resident dogs. She has been so comfortable in foster home that her foster momma turned into her forever momma! We couldnt think of a better happy ending if we tried!
