Melissa and I have decided to call it quits. No - No Im not talking about a quickie Mexican divorce , Im referring to our stay at our present gated city. Normally management offers us an incentive to sign a new yearly lease with them such as a few hundred dollars off 1 months rent. This time around they offered us this: 0 discount and a rent increase. We are opting to sign a 7 month lease instead of the yearly so this means we will be residing elsewhere come January 2015. Have I made myself clear? Does anyone care? Lol. Thankfully there are many gated cities surrounding us so we want to choose the right one when the time comes. Im telling you life is a continuing drama, you just got to deal with the changes and keep your head in the game. V.D.
