Member share: I wanted to share my horrific story of a pediatrician that my son had to use ONCE. When my son was an infant and I was a new mom I had no idea of who to pick for his Ped , so the hospital sent us to the community clinic until I found one. He was in to get a well check , the Ped had noted I had mastitis ( he only knew this because I was on medication and I wanted to know if it would affect my son) and he tells me I can check that out for you my response was um no thats why I went to the ER and just laughed it off. He told me I should just switch to formula rather than pumping my kid full of antibiotics through my milk and I told him NO that there was NO WAY my son would ever take formula. He got an aggressive tone to his voice and asked what if someone broke into your home and cut your breasts off..... Ok first of all why is a doc recommending formula , 2nd uh why was he offering to see my breast when hes a Ped , and WHO THE HECK SAYS SOMETHING LIKE THAT?! Needless to say he just didnt go to the doc until I did some serious research and found his Ped -Natalie
