Members of National Assembly have no moral authority to question Governors on how they spent the monies sent to the counties for they do not want to be consulted by the county leadership. Furthermore, they have failed to effectively comply with the provisions of the CDF Act hence misappropriated the funds. To add insult to injury, they have failed to address the many scandals from the National Government. If they press hard at the counties yet MCAs are there, who will look at the National Government?
