Members of the Toledo Police SWAT Team thrilled the kids and other patients at the ProMedica Toledo Hospital, by rappelling down the side of the building....dressed as super heroes. Standing in front of a large, floor-to-ceiling window, boys and girls in Halloween costumes pressed their faces and palms to the glass waiting for the heroes to come down. We would like to thank the Toledo Police Department for all they do....Chief Oliver and Staff.
