Memoirs of a Warrior Bride for Christ, Orlando FL SATURDAY 1/10/2015 - DAY 10 OF 21 DAYS DANIEL FAST ORDER OUR STEPS The number 10 is the number of divine order. As we continue on our journey in The Lord, we are realising the areas of our lives that are out of place and alignment with the will of God. We may even have noticed that the way we are doing and have been doing things do not line up with the real meaning of the Word of God. Even more frightening to discover is that we were being led by our sin choices; we were manipulated by the desires of the flesh and so chose that which was contrary and rebellious to God. How have we done so? .One doesnt need to look much too far than to examine ones gift giving to The Lord during the holidays; small wonder how our churches stay open when they dont even collect enough to pay the electric bill. Family recreation time has become more about doing fun things outside the home and no time or desire to gather even for a family bible study or prayer. We have also ignored the call to prayer by the Holy Spirit, preferring instead to get one more hour of sleep after being out all night. Weve been eating the wrong kinds of food, feeding the flesh more than the spirit and became physically fit but spiritually malnourished. Our God of mercy is now doing house cleaning to remove the garbage and clutter that has piled up in His house, His dwelling place. We must continue to allow The Lord to put back in order our lives, make room for Him and show us how to balance us, family, church, ministry, work and Him. He is the main ingredient to our soul and spirit flourishing. The bible says in Psalms 37:23 that the footsteps of a good man are ordered by The Lord and this man delights in the way of The Lord. Let us allow The Lord to bring us back into right standing and right alignment in Him and help us find pleasure once again in Him and doing the things of God. 2015 is the year of open doors and prosperity but as these doors open, we need to be properly led and guided by our Lord so that we can enjoy and eat of the goodness within and let not the blessing become a curse. We must develop a measuring of measuring all that we do and say in the Word of God, does it line up with the Word. The Lord is our investment with the greatest percentage yield, we cant lose with Him. But like any investment we must be careful and properly divest our funds, meaning, we must have diversity in our portfolio, which means balancing our investments, which means spreading out the money so you incur the least amount of risk. So too, must you properly invest with The Lord and be sure that you are investing for life and not death. Only He can balance you out; you cant do it by yourself.
