Memorandum of understanding in KMC Principal Khyber Pakhtunkhwa College Professor Dr. Ejaz Hassan khan signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Association of Physicians of Pakistani Descent in North America. Dr. Shahid Sheikh a renowned physician of Ohio represented APPNA. According to this memorandum Khyber Medical College will provide training of life support courses to the medical Students, Nurses, Traffic Police Constables, School Teachers etc. The training will be given at Dr. Syed Amjad Hussain Clinical Skill Center. This center was established with the help of Alumni of Khyber medical college North America and is named after graduate of Khyber Medical College Professor of Emiretus in the University of Ohio Dr. S.Amjad Hussain who is a graduate of Khyber Medical College. According to this memorandum the expenses of the courses will be borne by AAPNA and the Logistic and facilitators will be provided by Khyber Medical College. These Trainings will be extended to other districts of the province for which the participant will be invited to Khyber Medical College. The prime objective of this initiative is to provide training to the people who can save lives in emergency situation. Principal Khyber Medical College Professor Dr. Ejaz Hassan Khan thanked AAPNA for this gesture and he also appreciated the role of Provincial Government in improving the health care system in the province.
