Memorial Day parade today!! The CJSL will once again be participating in this year’s Memorial Day Parade sponsored by The Carteret Veterans Alliance on Sunday May 25th, 2014. Lineup for the parade will be at 12:00 PM on Carteret Ave (at the monument). All participants must wear team uniforms. Flags and candy will be handed out by the kids. The parade will start on Carteret Ave, go down Washington Ave to the Wells Fargo Bank, down Roosevelt Ave, and then down Pershing Ave and end at town hall. If you would like your child to participate please let your coach know as soon as possible as we need a head count. We will be pulling an open trailer (float) with the kids on it throwing out candy to the people watching the parade. Hope to see you there!!
