Men of Norwood, Tonight a new era of the SANFL starts. We are the hunted, they hate us, AND WE LOVE IT!! Tonight brings an opponent comprised of self-centred, molly-cuddled, arrogant full-time footballers with no idea or concept of the sacrifice required to play SANFL. They think they are better because of three little letters - AFL. They know nothing of time restraints due to work, study etc. This is OUR OVAL, OUR CLUB, OUR TEAM. Were here because we want to be, not because its our job. WE LOVE THE NORWOOD FOOTBALL CLUB! The opposition are a team in guernsey only, they wont back their mates, they dont care about them. They will be selfish. WE WONT. They wont put their bodies on the line. WE WILL. They wont play for Hocking but for Hinkley. WE WILL PLAY FOR DUGGA. They wont play for their supporters. WE WILL. Tonight we play to the absolute limit,WE WILL hunt in packs, back ourselves, our team-mates, our Club and our supporters. WE WILL LEAVE NOTHING ON NORWOOD OVAL, OUR OVAL.
