Product Range: Switches , Wiring Devices & Accessories Wires & Cables Electrical PVC insulation tape Lamps , Luminaires & LED Lighting Ceiling fans , Wall Fan , Pedestal Fan , Cabin Fan , Ventilation Fan Switchgear & Protection Devices ( MCB ,Isolator, MCB Change Over , RCCB , Distribution Boards, Isolator) Automation Solutions(Light Controller, Motion Sensor , Video Door Phone etc). Available Locations : Vijayawada , Bangalore , Hyderabad , Tirupati , Chennai , Cochin , Coimbatore Education & Experience : Graduate / Engineering Graduate / Diploma Engineer , MBA / Diploma in Marketing will be preferred Around 3 to 8 years of relevant experience , in wiring devices (Electrical switches & wiring Devices /Accessories ) domain Candidates should have previous experience Trade / Channel sales / Project sales / Institutional sales , in Switch gear / Wiring Devices industry Channel sales: The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales growth through trade sales. Ascertain Market demand & formulate Business Plan Relationship management with existing dealers, distributors & stockists Channel Network expansion - appointment of dealers, distributors & stockists Initiate action plan to approach & secure new business for the Company. Develop appropriate channels to reach maximum target audience & maximize revenue. Planning & implementing sale strategies & sales promotional activities Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis in the allocated territory Excellent presentation & communication in English, Hindi & local language Handling the consumer complaints for region. Mapping of business activities to increase penetration. Train, develop, motivate & monitor subordinates Project sales: Engineering Graduate / Diploma Engineer Develop new business opportunities. Excellent presentation & communication in English, Hindi & Regional language Arranging seminars/ Technical discussion with customers. Establish Relation , Awareness of Company Products with Architects/Builders Offices & Interior Designers / Project Management Consultants , specifiers, Electrical contractors etc. Liason with clients for registration of tenders, apply for tenders / e-tenders. Discuss technical details, quote the right price Coordination with production Experience in Government / Private sector project registration & bidding. The candidate should possess good convincing power, leadership skills, team management & desire to succeed & achieve the sales goals. Should have an art of influencing people, self motivated & should have good communication skills. This profile requires extensive travelling Institutional sales: Handling Customers like Industries, Institutions, Government / Seni Government / PSUs Build & manage ongoing relationship with key accounts including regular customer visits/ calls Work with key accounts to proactively determine future projects & ongoing needs as well as secure sales orders Develop & maintain new customer relationships Ability to network across all levels of customer organization Pipeline Management: Build lead generating system & develop pipeline of potential orders including potential customers Order Execution & Process management Detail orientation to be able to review contracts as well as prepare bid documents Build process & provide leadership & direction to individual managing internet/ phone inquiries Sales/ marketing correspondence Participate in staff meetings & report on sales activities MIS Provide coaching & development to the team Manage accounts receivable by ensuring on time payments To attend field meetings punctually & regularly To be polite & courteous at all times Should build Pipe Line orders & nurturing Key Accounts Generate leads & meet sales targets.
