Appetizer ( Not GF, Not Vegan but GF and vegan options are available ) Indian Bruschetta paired with Mint Lemonade -Veggie masala ( Eggplant - Bell pepper stir fry ) spread over grilled ciabatta bread & served with a side of salad greens and drizzled with a touch of honey. 2. Thali Plate / Entree Plate ( Gluten free, vegan bread available ) Parathas ( Not GF, Not Vegan ) with Black Garbanzo - Opo squash curry ( GF & Vegan ) - Whole wheat tortillas served with black garbanzo and opo squash cooked in a coconut-sesame seed sauce with flavors of tamarind & jaggery. Lilva pilaf with Methi Dhal & Papadam ( Gluten Free & Vegan ) - Indian flat beans cooked with basmati rice flavored with bay leaves & coconut-green chilli paste served with moong beans flavored with fenugreek leaves and mild spices with a hint of cumin.... Accompanied with pan roasted lentil crisp. 3. Dessert Petit ( Gluten Free but not vegan ) Indian Rice Pudding paired with Ginger Chai -Basmati rice cooked with sweetened saffron & cardamom flavored milk, garnished with roasted cashews, green raisins and served with sliced mango & strawberries.
