Merchandising Supervisor-HARARE $500 net + Incentives Our Client, a large retail organisation, requires a Merchandising Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will have responsibility for monitoring and ensure maintenance of merchandising standards in assigned areas. Developing and maintaining an effective activity schedule and ensure compliance to time frames. Coordinating with customers and design various store décor plans and provide upgrades. Ensuring that all assignments/ instructions given by the Company are followed through. Monitoring all placements for store section and allocate resources appropriately. Preparing reports required by the Marketing Manager and CEO. Ensuring that budgets for all activities for the department are met. Analyzing working of staff and recommend changes to initiate better working of stores. Ensuring compliance to all merchandising standards. Training and supervise efficient working of all the merchandisers. Ensuring compliance to all government policies and implement processes accordingly. Developing good customer care service and promotional programs. KEY SKILL The successful candidate must have previous merchandising experience and must be extremely competent on excel - enough so to be able to run, produce weekly reports.
