Mere suspension of Abhishek Singh and attaching him to Board of Revenue will not do. The trainee IAS office must be summarily dismissed from the service – nothing less than that will be sufficient. His feudalistic behaviour at such an early stage of career shows that he does not care a damn to the set norms and processes and he cannot be mended by training. For the uninitiated Abhishek Singh got a 55-year teacher summoned to the his office at 9.00 in the night through policemen to question about non-completion of electoral rolls revision and forced him to do sit ups as punishment. He has been suspended by UP CM.
