The Vinayaka nimajjanam should be done in running river water or sea water as per the vedic / customs aspect. The water pollution will be checked by merging in river than in the channels / canal/ tanks / sarassu etc, because the river was on floods in September / November month at all rivers of the Indian states. So no stagnation was there as in the case of Tanks, cheruvu, channel, canal, sarassu, kolanu etc.. Case study------Hence the Vinayak Idol Merging / Nimajjanam should be stopped on the Idol by merging at Hussain sagar, Saroor nagar, Nalla cheruvu of GHMC / GHDA and Pathakadapa og YSR. The GHMC- GOI Panchayat raj is to be made arrangement to merge the idol in the Moosee of GHMC of TS and Bugga of Kadapa of AP, which has in running water. The foreign materials / undissoved solids and dissolved chemicals material can easily evacuated by manually and healthy. But this work at the tanks / reservoirs it is not possible at all. The merging of the Idol in the river can be done by dropping the Idol from the Bridges on Moose river was of 30+ of GHDA zone. That are available at the Banks of the Moosee river of 5 +km long distance ie. of GHMC / GHDA. By this the traffic zam / rush can be eliminated at the GHMC city routes of Hyderabad-PIN code-500001, 2, 4. 7, 13, 18, 22, 34, 39, 40, 66 of SPO - DOP- IP. area say Charminar, Mojamzahi market, Vijaya nagar colony, High tech city, Nalla kunta, Khairatabad, Patney / Begampet / Uppal / Moulaali, ICRISAT etc. The case of Ganga river cleaning up work at the UP, UK etc. was a great at task that is to say the river will normally carries away in the floods but the floods are in August and November only Also the rain fall was decreased to a great level in the SW and NE’s Monsoon the rain fall in this season may be 1000 mm /per year ie . Probably the GHMC may get floods in 2015 + as the GHMC was in floods in 1970 years. About Idols of sizes, 1lakh of small, 50000 of medium, 5000 of numbers of large size are added / merged by the 40 cranes in to Hussain sagar on dt. 29 – 8 - 2014 to dt.9 – 9 - 2014. The Sarrornagar, Ibrahim patnam, Amberpet, Uppal etc Tanks at GHDA-TS. are some of the places are in idol merging in the Water tanks at GHDA’s area of TS. The NDA may war foot step response on this PIL to attend the merging works say on Vinayaka on the pollution control. Observation---.. Vinayaka nimajjanam------ The 9th and 10th September of 2014 merging of ganesh idols at the Tanks was a huge cost expense say rs1+ lakh to GHMC to clean up the insoluble article and soluble chemicals at Hussain sagar of TS. Say observe the Kasmir state’s disaster during in 3rd September to 10th September of 2014, the attention was a work of GOI on National Disaster Management with army staff as the J&K govt. was a over seer on the relief works. The same case will be at GHMC as in this case of chemical Idol immersion in the GHMC / GHDA area tanks For this government’s escapism the citizen is a scrape goat with cost of citizens life cost.
