Merry Christmas to all my family and friends and my fb friends. Hope everyone has a blessed day with your families. For some this will be a wonderful day and for some a sad day because loved ones are not there that have been there in years past or like in my house its been a different one. Children have grown and have their own families and children have gone to live with their dad. It is a sad day and yet it is a new one to make as in years past new memories. I have worked many years in the holiday seasons dealing with the Christmas shoppers and every year I am amazed at how many have forgotten what this time is about. Now its about how much you can buy and spend money you dont have and then they are in debt. Christmas is about our family and friends and being together and depending on your beliefs the birth of Christ. Yet as time goes it has lost that most important factor. We have forgotten that material things are not what is important, love laughter and spending time and making those memories is what matters. Today hug your family, hug your friends and tell them you love them. Sit and talk about memories from past Christmases and if your lucky enough to have someone from years gone by ask about their memories of their Christmases when you made the gifts for your family because money was not something that they had to spend. Enjoy your day and make new memories with your family and remember what today is truly about. Merry Christmas everyone and may your day be a wonderfully blessed one.
