Merry Christmas to all our Friends of RAF Chicksands. Heres a reading from one of my favorite novella audiobooks: The Shepherd by Frederick Forsyth read by Robert Powell. Theres an improbable mention of RAF Chicksands in the book (as if it was a flying base). FYI, Frederick Forsyth is author of The Day of the Jackal and many other novels. You probably know Robert Powell as the actor who played Jesus in Jesus of Nazareth.
