The operators are Don G3BJ, Chris G3SVL, Nigel G3TXF, David G3WGN, Don G3XTT, Hilary G4JKS and Justin G4TSH. They plan to run up to three stations, each consisting of a K3 plus amplifier. Antennas will consist of various vertical systems on the beach. The team will upload logs to Clublog and, bandwidth permitting, will also be uploading to LoTW as the expedition progresses. In the same spirit, the Team Finland, OH2UA and OH6KZP are busy in lining up their equipment for the upcoming WRTC-2014 ijn Boston.together Similarly, RadioTeam Azores, OH2BH and OH2MM, coached by OH8NC and technically supported by OH6KN, are currently on Aland Islands to shape-up their gear and skills for the battle. The Team Azores will activate the world renowed OH0W at a modest power of 100 watts on all bands. You can salute them on two bands simultaneously for the duration of 24 hours.
