The silence of Western representatives and Human Right organisations in place rise many questions in the heart of Djibouti Society, two weeks after the destruction of UDj Headquarters, follow by the closure of the Headquarters of the ARD in Arhiba (Djibouti) on May 17. UDJ and ARD , are the main legal recognised political parties by Djibouti Government in the coalition of the USN. Just returning for Washington Guelleh intensified the arrest and repression in the middle of Djibouti opposition, a strong message for Democrats around the world. The politicians and intellectuals in Djibouti are same questions in mind around the context of the American interest and Democracy . Those questions, need to be answer by the Democracy the National Endowment of the Democracy ( 1000 project for the democratic goals in 90 countries) and their partners ( World Movement of the Democracy, Journal of the Democracy, Institute for the defence of the Democracy (France)..etc, to preserve the credibility of the thoughts.
