Message from Dr Latev to all Dear patients ! In January and February 2014 we had a flu epidemic that took a great resource for advice and research were recruited many laboratory tests and x-rays done much . Especially in the practice GPPMP Median diagnosed over a period of 70 pieces pneumonia and bronchopneumonia . Most of them were treated by outpatient us, monitored , and additional complications due to frequent testing and counseling . We had faith that after these extraordinary efforts of our will at least compensate for granted in the first quarter regulatory standards , or simply put, will give us the right to issue an additional number of directions and do more research than previously given (which are less from last year). We do not want money for us, for our extra efforts , and permission to issue directions for you. Additional standards have been insufficient yesterday when they signed, and so today we are unable to give advice or directions for research and so will (if no change ) by the end of the month. We assure you that s not our fault , and NHIF ( NHIF ) or the government, where they have not see things or do not want to see the truth . Either way, we will not stop to check you to advise you what and how consultations or studies you need . I hope well before the 01/04/2014 The case to obtain a permit , which to eliminate tension gradually increases. We all doctors and medical staff , although they cause difficulties , we want to stay here in Bulgaria and Pavlikem and continue his normal work as usual !
