Message from Heritage Makers HQ: Very soon we will email* any of your clients with inactive accounts an invitation to make their accounts active. Please understand that It is necessary for us to remove all inactive accounts from our system during the next few weeks before integrating it with Youngevity. As you know, the General Terms of Membership in our Terms and Conditions state that active account status is maintained by making at least one Heritage Makers purchase within 18-months, or by having valid publishing points in the account. Inactive accounts are eligible for deactivation, which includes the deletion of projects and photos. Clients with inactive accounts haven’t maintained active status for 18 months or more. They will be notified that their accounts will be deactivated on or after 12/16/2013, unless they make their accounts active prior to that date. To make their accounts active, clients can simply log in to their accounts and make a purchase. Even publishing one holiday card will keep their accounts active for another 18 months and ensure that their account information is moved into the integrated system. They can also contact you, their Consultant, to purchase publishing points if they are not ready to publish now. We will send at least one more email to these clients prior 12/16/2013 that notifies them of the pending deactivation should they choose not to make their accounts active.
