The proposal never got anywhere because the captains of Finnish Industry scratched their heads and said the equivalent in technospeak of WTF? But the original document sketched out a formal outline plan for study of self-organising economic systems, and thus it might be useful in thinking how this group moves forward. A lot of technology has happened since 2006. FB started in 2004 and iPad didnt arrive until 2010. Theres a lot to update.
