Messed up knee & i didnt even get to do it to myself. . . indication: partial ACL tear. good end point. findings: thinning and increased signal of the proximal half of the ACL are demonstrated in keeping with a partial tear or high-grade strain. the course of intact fibres is normal. A minor amount of oedema is present inferior to the ACL insection and extends posteriorly to the margins of the medial and lateral tibial plateau. there is no cortical deformity or definite fracture line. minimal oedema is also present at the margins of the medial and lateral femoral condyles.
