Met the most wonderful doctor for Punkin today, at Veterinary Eye Specialist today in Ardsley, Dr. James Gaarder is the vet that looked at Punkin & Squash and walked me thru everything I needed to know on what happened to their eyes, and how to watch and take care of them...He showed me a fake eye so he could explain everything about the eyeball and told me there is no sight in her eye.. But I think Punkin does tend to differ with him on that point.. Medically speaking him and Dr. Solomons both told me the same thing What I do know now is that I have to keep a watchful eye on the eye pressure of her eye so it does not erupt so eye exams will be done bi-weekely to monitor the changes.. He even gave us a discount when he seen how much trying to save her sight has cost us.. Love that Man.
