Met this beautiful girl @the beach in The Gambia last year. She said she wanted to model but didnt think she would thrive In the industry because of her dark complexion, her mother who was with her had bleached her skin and looked like a chicken dipped in hot water. She said her daughter would succeed because she is tall and slim, she just needs to lighten her skin. My heart felt so much pain that day, if she could only see what I saw, how beautiful she is... we took the picture together and it was like she saw herself as beautiful for the first time. I pray she doesnt inherit her mothers sickness and dilute her her magnificent skin.
