Mia Sotis is a member of the Esthetics Association of Florida and has worked in the skin care and cosmetic industry for over twenty five years. Mia began her career working as a beauty advisor and makeup artist for Color Me Beautiful , Ultima II and has worked extensively for Lancome. Mia studied under the direction of Cindy Lee, a pioneer in skin care instruction at the Cindy Lee Facial Institute in Daytona Beach, Florida and received her Florida Skin care specialist license in 2000. In addition to her knowledge of skin care, Mia has a background working with supplements and herbs and was a nutrition supplement and herb advisor for Harvest House Natural Foods of Daytona Beach. Mia’s philosophy is, “Healthy Skin is Beautiful Skin”. In order for you to look good, you have to feel good. To achieve this, you must be mindful of your lifestyle and stress levels which have a direct effect on the look and feel of your skin. By partnering with The Lotus Yoga center for Health and Wellness, Mia wishes to offer something special for those clients who not only wish to be pampered but who are serious about living a healthy lifestyle.
