McNair... 4 Lets his head drop after an error and looks increasingly nervy, often too ponderous in possession. Smalling... 6 Did OK. Neither here nor there really. Blackett... 5 Better than McNair, but nothing to recommend. Couple of silly errors in possession at the back. Rafael... 5 Started OK but lost the ball too much and looked rusty. Herrera... 7 Not involved much early on as Yeovil attempted to bypass midfield completely but a superbly took goal and looked like he could create as he pushed forward. Rooney... 6 Huffed and puffed but didnt bring his shooting boots and some of his passing was off. Fletcher... 5 Some nice passes and used his experience well when he dropped deeper but was caught on the ball too many times for me. Deflected pass brought about the opener. Shaw... 4 Fair to say the lad had a mare today. Wilson... 5 Not much service to the front and did harry their defenders well at times, couple of shooting opportunities but both on his right boot. Not enough impact for me. Falcao... 6 Good workrate once again, mucked in well but no real sight of goal to speak of. --------------------------------------------------------------- SUBS Evans... 5 Not the worst weve seen from him this season. He has had a 3 off me before now though to be fair. Mata... 6 Tried to brighten things but some promising passages came to nothing until he had a hand in the 2nd. Di María... 7 Decent cameo, his pace was a problem for them, his passing was better than usual and he took his goal very well. MANAGER: Too much like Sam Allardyce... {Mic}
