Michael Brown and Rick Walla are co-owners of Flamingo Bay Pools and they are much more than normal. Why? Because normal just isn’t good enough. Being customer-driven, loyal, and straightforward are way better than normal. They have crazy aspirations to cultivate a company that is loyal, authentic, and committed to building awesomeness into every backyard. With 36 years of combined experience in the pool industry prior to founding Flamingo Bay Pools, Michael and Rick adopted a simple three-rule philosophy--listen, learn and implement. This is a small company with huge ideas! Understanding what a client wants, why they want it, and how they can get it is why bigger is not necessarily better. Because a client’s pool can be presented as a computer-generated 3D design, the entire project-- the house, the landscaping and outdoor structures—is transformed into a lifelike illustration. From start to finish, whether on or off the jobsite, both Michael and Rick are directly accessible to address customers’ questions or concerns. Upon completion, a personal “pool-school” session by either Michael, Rick, or both, will explain in detail everything you will need to know about caring for your pools.
