As Customer and Market Analyst, you will fully immerse yourself in data collection (database and research data), draw insight from rigorous data analysis, and then develop compelling, synthesized recommendations based on your findings profiling the customers/prospects. You will also be assessing the customer acquisition, bonding, retention, and churn journey owning and defining the key customer metrics. Critical results: Co-ordinate analytics with insight colleagues to provide a consistent and holistic view of customer/market trends and business threats and opportunities Ensure that analysis from complex data sources is presented in an accessible and easily understandable format for business decision makers Develop, maintain and embed customer models (segmentation, churn, etc) into business ways of working. Responsibilities: Populate periodically customer reporting suits Respond to ad hoc requests for customer specific intelligence from different stakeholders Pro-actively provide input to marketing teams to identify and drive revenue opportunities at the customer level Analyze and communicate data-driven insights in order to rapidly scale successful programs across European markets Provide clear and actionable insights combining customer, competitor and market data Develop and deploy models, execute regression and simulation analysis in close cooperation with the Statistical Analyst.
