Michael Paul has been named South Region Player of the Year by D3baseball. Paul, the 2014 ODAC Player of the Year, is one of three Hornets to earn All-Region honors. Sophomore pitcher Darrell Thompson was named to the second team and his classmate, shortstop Billy Arens, garnered third team accolades. Paul led SU to a 33-11 season with a .444 batting average, 21 doubles, nine home runs and 62 RBI in 178 at-bats.
