Michael Ramsey..my man...heart sinking and left breathless about him. I was fortunate and blessed to have known Mikey since like 2nd grade! We were always in the same class at Austin Elementary. and it was through WWF and rock music that brought us together ironically lol. Crazy how middle school can change all that. I still remember and will always cherish those memories of the first true friends I ever made in life along with Tim TMoney. Those memories are gray and a time long ago but I will never ever forget those memories ever. Every Monday night. Every WWF Monday Night Raw is War. I made sure to NEVER miss one show. Because that next morning we would talk about it and analyze it for hours on end! No matter how stupid and gay that sounds we loved watching WWF because no one else did. The Attitude Era of wrestling they called it. We never skipped a beat on any given pay per view or even Saturday Night Heat when they used to do that. We used to imitate The Rock and Stone Cold and repeat jokes the Rock would make to Kevin Kelly or Michael Ross haha so silly. Even when we were in line like we used to do on restroom break, line up singlefile with 1 index finger of 1 hand over our mouth and the other hand with the index and middle finger raised in the air to single “being quiet” we would always sneak behind that ladies back to talk about rock bands back then or quote songs. Limp Bizkit Significant Other album was one of the first hard rock albums I listened to and it was through the song “Nookie” where we clicked as far as music. I liked Slipknot and would never give that up. You absolutely LOVED Korn and actually right before middle school got me hooked on their Follow the Leader album. Korn,Slipknot , Limp Bizkit, Static X, Drowning Pool, Disturbed…those were the days my man. And I WILL NOT forget 5th grade when Limp Bizkit released Chocolate Starfish and the Chocolate Flavored Water we were obsessed with the song “My Way” because WWE used that song for one of their pay per views as the theme song so it was played every week when they advertised the PPV. Man we would always sing that shit in class. Now I will always associate that song and that band with you. I don’t think I can even listen to that song anymore now because of my feels. But seeing everyones posts makes me smile because you’ve always been the same guy. Your personality is so infectious on everyone. I always was proud of you running marathons because I could never do one myself and even went on to tell you I probably couldn’t even do 1K haha. Im doing the Spartan Beast in December and itll be for you brother. I remember I had silly dreams to one day grow some balls and step on stage and compete but was so dissatisfied of how small I was and how embarrassing it would’ve been but you were there to support that dream while everyone laughed. Mikey I told you couple years ago when I posted on your wall the Raw Is WAR titantron opening theme from like 1998 that it was so long ago and that it was a shame its(Attitude Era of wrestling) all over. And its so true. Time will never come back and it truly is over when you least expect it. But I will cherish those memories for the rest of my life brother.
