Michelle!! I have been wanting to personally thank you for all of your amazing encouragement, your time and leadership! I love our Rodan and Fields team! Everyone is always so willing to help and share posts! Its amazing! I couldnt be more happy with my choice to start this business! Without your reassurance, knowledge and leadership my success would not be where it is today, and in such a short period of time! Everything that you assured me of, has happened, and continues to happen!! Whether it was with clients purchasing - it really does become organic. Having enough time-it really can be as little or as much time as you want! You really can squeeze it in when it suits you! It still amazes me how quickly I can get a post done, or touch base with a client. With what you have taught me as well as the countless materials you have shared with me it makes things easy!
