Michelle, is spending a day in the office today, in readiness for another busy week of workshops in London, Bedfordshire and Cambridge. The Nostell Estate Parklands is hosting the Armed Forces Day Celebrations, with a huge family day event, so I am sure that Michelle will sneak out for a while to take a look at some of the activities going on. But its not all work, on Friday, Michelle and business partner Keith Nicholson, spent a Mindful afternoon on the top of the cliffs in Scarborough, with their two dogs Lulu and Ozzie. Michelle said At the end of a long busy week, taking the dogs for a walk along the cliffs is a fantastic way of allowing the mind to rest and being present in the moment. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon, but with a very pleasant cool breeze which meant that we could all keep cool and just enjoy the experience.
