Midway Common Residents, Natural gas service to the Midway Common community will be interrupted by the Fort Meade Directorate of Public Works beginning at 8 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, to repair a gas line near Defranzo Loop. The gas interruption will affect your water heater, furnace, oven and range. Gas service is expected to be restored tomorrow. Once the service has been restored, your pilot lights may need to be relit. Corvias maintenance technicians will be going door-to-door to relight pilot lights in the community as quickly as possible. If you are not home during this time, we will proceed with entering your home to ensure that the gas connection is restored. For your safety, exercise caution if traveling around the work area.
