Might get called an idiot, but feel free. Any thoughts on enhancing a lure by replicating a bait fish`s electronic signature with a built in power source?. Obviously, it would only be emitting a very small current and there`s also an issue of shorting the circuit while submerged. Has anyone ever tried this either as a test or commercial ? Can`t help but think that in turbid water it would assist in location (lateral line and all that bizo). Feel free to point out any short (no pun intended) comings with this idea. I have heard of the use of LED`s for visual impact but not for electrical sensation.
