Miiss Nicci need some advice please my partner has recieved the outcome letter this morning from his esa50 claim ....they have placed him in the WRAG group ..however he,s unsure what to do next he has grand mal seizures diverticular diease ,arthritus and a few other issues which restrict him to . now i,m wondering whats the first thing to do is it ring them up and just ask for them to reconsider there decision on the grounds he feels he should be in the support group with his health conditions ...or does he go job centre and pick up an appeal form and send a letter off although he has no new evidence to send with it the thing is he has stated hes happy to go to the meetings and see what happens and what they say but my concern is if they call him in and he cant make it /get there due to his health problems .any advice please as need to do something about it today as u only get a few weeks dont u to appeal thankyou x
