Mike and I started our yearly pumpkin carving 19 years ago with the kids and grand boys. It still warms my heart to see the kids love to carve pumpkins still today. Passing it on to the next generation by teaching their kids how to carve. Carving with friends and family is one of Michaelas favorite Halloween activities. Although this year was a first, I cracked two ribs in the pursuit of the perfect pumpkin. I pushed through the pain and got the pumpkin though. I learned an important fact: Short people just cant reach into cardboard pins.
