Mike has his first apt at the wound clinic today. We were very pleased w/the care and concern that he received. Cat scan scheduled tomorrow for the affected area, Mike is very happy that he doesnt have to drink that nasty stuff. Then will see the dr again on Tuesday. Possibilities are it would hopefully be an infected hair folical, and the best case scenario, or, it could be the plate in his hip is infected and possibly has gone into the bone. If the latter is the case, surgery required to replace the hardware. Please say a prayer that it is a hair follicle , we are holding onto hope by a thread.
