Military and civilian personnel take an oath to protect and defend the United States Constitution. The purpose of the military is to defend the nation against our enemies, including domestic enemies, foreign enemies, and invaders. Illegal aliens are violating our Constitution and they are invading our territory. They are our enemies. It is the responsibility of the military to arrest and incarcerate illegal aliens, or others not authorized, for tresspassing on Military bases. It is not the duty of Homeland Security since the Military falls under the Department of Defense.
