Milwaukee, 2:30 am, awakened by what sounded like 3 Roman candles, followed by screams. We looked out our hotel window to see a young guy, 21 maybe, lying face down in the grass yelling that he couldnt move his legs. He was shot in the back, his girlfriend was shot in the ankle, and six or seven other young guys were shouting and completely panicked.
