Mind over matter. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Perceiving is believing. Our perceptions of the world and reality undoubtedly have a great influence upon the shape that it takes. What we believe tends to have a way of becoming so. Can the same be said of religion? Perhaps. But consider that no matter how intensely one believes that they may leap off of a cliff and fly, Newtons Laws of gravitational motion still prevail. Regardless of how earnest one is in believing that they can be struck with a Mac truck and only sustain minor injuries, they still find themselves in a hospital bed the next morning, if not dead. And without any respect to how mistaken one may be in their evaluation of the dangers involved, one can not walk up to a lion on the African and be made immune to the consequences of treating it as though it were a common house cat. Philosophies and ideas are halted immediately by cold hard contrast of unrelenting reality. If then a man claims to be god, and substantiates his claim by performing countless miracles and raising from the dead, at that very instant all philosophies thoughts and ponderings in regards to the nature of god that do not coincidence with that mans nature immediately become null and void. Reality always triumphs over possibility. All philosophies are similar, they dwell in the realm of thought. All religions are equivalent, they are rightfully classified as fanciful fairy tales.
