Miners make three changes in last ditch effort to make finals ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Wollongong,NSW- The Wollongong Miners have brought back Quarterback Richard Davis and Import Wide receiver Bryant Johnson whilst they have also made a change at Defensive Tackle with Rookie Cheyene Duncan replacing Rookie Robert Puna in the starting line up. Davis is still struggling with a leg injury but was rushed back and whilst being listed as questionable he is expected to play. Johnson meanwhile is named in the squad but he has not trained and it would be a miracle if he was to get back on the field. Ryan Filipi will also play despite suffering a neck injury when knocked unconscious against the Dolphins last week. Wollongong need to beat the Townsville Marlins this weekend to ensure a play off birth.
