Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking, minimum GPA 3.00 3. Minimum 5 years experience in the related fields is required for this position 4. Experience in audit firm and or coal mining (preferable) 5. Understanding PSAK and accounting systems 6. Having experience with Invoice, Taxation, Journal Vouchers, Accounts Payable, and Costing 7. Identify the development and training needs of the mining foreman, operators, technicians and unskilled personal in the mining operations for benefit of the Project Manager. 5. Control production on an hour by hour basis and prepare timely and accurate reports on project progress as requires by the project. 6. Assist Mining Superintendent in liaise and co-ordinate with maintenance department to optimize and maximize mining equipment availability and utilization in achieving production target. 7. Minimize exposure to personal and the environtment by identifying hazards and risk during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedure, rules, regulation in accordance with the Safety Management Plan 39. CIVIL ENGINEER Requirement: 1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Architect / Civil Engineering with leadership qualities. 2. Min. 3 years from Construction/ Mining companies. 3. Excellent experience managing construction teams and controlling budget. 4. Responsible to design & construction project at site and head office. 5. Required experiences in Construction of Hauling Roads, Barge, Jetty Port, Docks, Crusher, Rom Stock Pile and Product Complete. 6. Sound knowledge of construction site safety procedures. 7. Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Auto CAD, MS Project, and Civil 3D. 40. SAFETY SUPERVISOR Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree from safety or related background. 2. Minimum 5 years experience in Safety exposure, preferable with mining industry background. 3. Formal training in Safety and Risk Management. 4. Hold AK3 certified from government. 5. Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure. Well versed with ISO 9001 requirements. 6. Have experience with HSE Management Systems & their implementation at an operational level. 7. Experience in performing HSE audits & inspections. 8. Experience in Incident investigation, analysis & reporting processes. 9. Experience in providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters (meeting, presentation, report writing). 10. Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, Risk Assessment, PTO, HSE procedure, HIRA, HAZOB, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process. 11. Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill. 12. Will be place on Kalimantan. Responsibility: 1. Responsibe for handling safety communication program over all department 2. Inspect and observe safety program gradually 3. Create and monitor report of realization of monthly and annual budget 4.
