Minneapolis - Reported Shooting At The SoundBar - 414 3rd Ave N - Officers first called out they heard shots, but MPD then recieved a call saying they caller was out with a victim. Officers arrived moments later to find a victim who they said was shot in the head and requested EMS code3, but then an officers said it looked like wounds from an assault and then they called it a shooting again. So all in all... SOMETHING happened outside the SoundBar.
