The Minnesota Judicial Branch is pleased to announce an opening for an Network Specialist - ITS II position in the State Court Administrators Office. This is professional technical and customer service work supporting Judicial Branch PC and Network hardware, programs, software and applications. Work involves performing PC and network hardware and software installations, upgrades and support; analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting problems with workstation hardware, software and components; reviewing, prioritizing and responding to service desk tickets regarding technical issues and problems; answering user questions and training users in the use of applications and computer equipment, and serving as a resource to other Service Desk and technical staff. The Information System Analyst work includes the analysis and documentation of business practices for the Minnesota Judicial Branch and other ancillary agencies to design systems to meet those customer’s needs. This work consists of problem identification, requirements definition, determination of alternative solutions and the analysis, design, development and implementation of a systems solution. This work is performed under guidance from ITD management and within the strategic direction of ITD, the State Court Administrator and the Minnesota Judicial Branch.
