Minnesota National Guard Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. Richard C. Nash, poses with senior, female leaders in the Minnesota National Guard to celebrate the tenure of the Guard’s Senior Enlisted Advisor, Command Sgt. Maj. Cynthia Kallberg, as the states first female senior enlisted advisor. While serving as The Adjutant General, Nash has selected several females to serve in key positions, including brigade commands, directors and staff judge advocates. Nash gathered the Soldiers to highlight Kallbergs unprecedented success and, for all present, their education, professionalism and drive which led to their roles as pioneers and role models for others in the Minnesota National Guard.
