Minutes of Meeting Held on 3rd August, 2013. 1) All Society Members have to pay their Maintenance charges to respective wing representative on/before 10th August 2013. 2) All terraces will be locked here onward due to Security & Safety reason. Keys will be available with Security Guard & respective wing Representative. 3) Also as discussed & agreed in the meeting we are hiring 2 Security Guards in morning & 1 Security Guard in the evening. 4) If your flat is occupied by tenant, Please submit the copy of Rent Agreement, Photo ID proof, Police verification certificate to respective wing Representative. This is mandatory for security reason. Fail to do so will be applicable for penalty. Families are preferable as tenant. 5) Please keep your Waste bin outside of your main Door by night. House kipper will be collect garbage from your doorstep very early in the morning. 6) To get massive discount on CCTV System we have decided to go with single vendor (Hathway) for Cable TV connection. Setup Box & Installation Charges are Rs. 1000/- per flat. Rs. 200/- per month charges for 300+ Channels. Due to these live cameras in society premises can be visible in each & every flat. This is compulsory for all the flats, if anyone is having any problem will discuss with respective Representative. 7) Due to Excess wastage of Drinking water & slow purification process, Drinking water will not be available for 24 Hrs. Please store the Drinking water accordingly. Using water will be available for 24Hours. This will be effective from 8th August, 2013. 8) Generator Backup will be ON only in power cut at the evening time (6PM-9.30PM). In case of some Geneon reason it will be make it ON after making the request. 9) We are taking quotations for group booking of water purifying system, Safety Doors. Those who are interested please register their names with respective wing representative. 10) We are happy to announce, as we are going to get Solar Water Heater system very soon. For this Builder will drill a hole for Solar Water heater system pipe in each & every flat. Builder will take care of if any damages during the installation. In case of Absence of respective wing representative we have backup representative as mention below.
