Miracle Manna Story From Angola Manna in Angola Gods Spirit is moving in a mighty way in Angola. Over 50 preachers and evangelists are conducting campaigns in Angola and we are thrilled by what God is doing here. 17000 souls have already been baptized since Luanda for Jesus started in the beginning of this year. I am privileged to be part of the team participating in the last phase of a series of campaigns and outreach programs that have been taking place in Angola. Many youth are getting baptized in these campaigns, tonight 18 young souls will be baptized at my site. We thank God for the harvest. Undoubtedly the Hoy Spirit is at work. This illustrates to me that indeed the harvest is ready but the reapers are few. Miracles are still happening. God is not only performing miracles in the area of soul winning, He is also feeding the people of Angola with literal food. There is documented evidence that manna is still falling in Namba, Angola. Many years ago mission work was started by one of our missionaries in Angola. The missionary went back to his country and left the work in the hands of a dedicated native family. The existence of the mission station was threatened by famine but the wife of the man who was running the station read from the Bible the story of the falling of manna to the people and and she encouraged them saying that God is able to repeat that miracle. Her daughter went out to play outside shortly after prayer and she saw strange white stuff covering a large area of the ground. 6 Europeans told her that God had answered their prayers by sending the manna and they instructed her to eat it. She ate it and took some to show her mother and other people who had gathered to pray for Gods intervention. Soon people went out to gather the manna but the Europeans had disappeared and that was the end of the famine. One of our local union officers told me that the manna is still falling in that area two times a week. What God is doing in Angola (the manna story and thousands of baptisms) reminds me of this text, Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.
