She tested it in the store and staff loved it so much they convinced her to whip up batches for both stores on July 4th. Both flavors of HOLLY COW ice cream (name courtesy of 10 yr old Gigi Wilder), include many of the imported premium ingredients in the cupcakes by the same name, so expect to see&taste Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean Paste in the Plain Jane and Cacao Barry Extra Brut cocoa powder and real dark chocolate Vermicelli sprinkles in the Blackout.
