Mission completed... What a day... Damn tired but happy go home with Silver Medal on last day of Asia Masters Athletics Championship 2014 at Kitakami, Japan. Warm welcome to Singapore for 2016 Asia Masters in our new stadium. 1st race this Mrng @10:45am 10,000m with total of 34 runners in my heats. Even it not my PB but happy with 37min:35sec n finished top 7. Than just rest around 2hrs to warm up for 4x400m. We completed for Silver behind Japan team who won e Gold n Bronze to Indian Team. Thank for all e support to Team Singapore n believe on us.
