Misuse of Public Office and Misappropriation of Public Funds, are both SERIOUS CRIMINAL OFFENCES subject to arrest, prosecution and imprisonment! Public Servants (as Trustees of the Public Trust) have legal obligations to serve the Beneficiaries. If they fail to serve then they must be dismissed and replaced. If any fraud or embezzlement has taken place the prosecution is the only course! Time to STOP PAYING TAXES!
